Saving money on your grocery bill is possible, especially if you're into couponing. According to the Promotion Marketing Assocation, Americans who use coupons save an average of 7 percent on their grocery bills. Let's say that you  spend $200 a month at the supermarket, you would have an annual savings of $168. The problem: clipping coupons out of weekly circulars can be time-consuming, if you don't have a plan. So, what are your coupon-clipping strategies to help you save money on groceries?

I am a college student and I have been trying to start couponing and making shopping for groceries a little easier. I do not currently have a job and the only money I get is from my parents. I have to go shopping about three times a month because I only have enough money to get a little amount of food at one time. I am trying to start couponing but do not really know how or where to start. If anyone has any advice for me I am open to anything at all that will put money back in my and my parents pockets.
