Provides free legal services in civil matters to low-income people and offers two programs in the field of domestic abuse:
- Battered Immigrant Project – Comprehensive and culturally appropriate legal services to immigrant survivors of violence (including domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking) needing assistance with immigration.
- Domestic Violence Prevention Initiative – Statewide project that provides legal assistance to battered women and/or domestic violence victims.

This is a coalition of domestic violence, legal and human service organizations that work to address domestic violence in the Latino community. The coalition provides information, technical assistance, legal services, and education on domestic violence.

Anonymous and confidential help 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Hotline advocates are available for victims and anyone calling on their behalf to provide crisis intervention, safety planning, information, and referrals to agencies in 50 states. Assistance available in English and Spanish.
