Raleigh, Garner, Rolesville and Knightdale customers will receive a monthly bill instead of a bill for two months of service.

 

The city also changed its water rates, so customers  of Raleigh and Garner who use less water pay lower rates.

 

The new billing system includes a new online payment website. If you previously paid your bill online, you must use your new 10-digit account number and re-register. After receiving your first new bill with your new account number, visit the website and follow the step-by-step instructions.
