The Benefit Bank of North Carolina is a free Web-based service that simplifies and centralizes the process of applying for many state and federal benefits for low- and moderate-income individuals and families. Through its eligibility screening tool, the Benefits Bank can ensure that people are fully aware of the benefits to which they are entitled and maximize their benefits and tax refunds.
