Free Community Voice Mail Program in Wake County

If you do not have a phone, you may be able to receive a free voice mail service known as Community Voice Mail. This provides a way for family, friends, health care workers, employers and others to call and leave a message for you.

The voice mail program will give you a seven-digit phone number. People who need to get in touch with you can dial the number and leave a message. You can listen to the messages by dialing your phone number and entering a short personal identification number, or PIN.
