The Great Scholarship Project

The Great Scholarship Project offers financial support, or scholarships, for high school graduates interested in studying the fields of science, technology, engineering or mathematics at Wake Technical Community College. 

To be eligible, you must be a high school graduate with a GPA of 2.8 or higher and have a documented financial need.
 
As part of the program, students complete an Associate Degree in Applied Science (AAS) in two years and can take advantage of internship opportunities.
 
Available study concentrations include: environmental science technology, biopharmaceutical technology, mechanical engineering technology, civil engineering technology, electronics engineering technology, computer engineering technology.
 
Funds available may be used for tuition, books, student fees, and living expenses.
